What can I expect from SuperStars holiday courses?

Our courses are designed to help children get active, have fun and learn new skills through the holidays. We have over 40 sports, games and activities available, including world cup football, basketball, hockey, tag rugby, gladiator dodgeball, dance and many more.

Each holiday course caters up to 30 children per day. By holding small, more intimate courses you can be sure we’ll get to know your child, whilst providing a safe and controlled environment.

We also run themed days, such as ‘water-fight Wednesday’ and ‘Dress the Coach’ day, and on Friday’s we invite parents to a presentation where each child is provided with a medal and certificate to takeaway after their fun-filled week with SuperStars.

What makes SuperStars holiday courses special?

We’ve successfully run holiday courses for over 20 years. We’re not a pop-up course or part of a franchise and we keep our services local. Our holiday course division is a key ingredient of SuperStars School Services Limited, which provide PPA cover and extra support for teachers and schools across South Wales and the South West of England.

We run our courses because we love them, because parents love them and most of all because children love them, simple as that. The benefits the courses provide parents during half term and school holidays is a welcome bonus.

Our absolute priority is the safety of all children. We have robust and crystal-clear health and safety policies that have no room for interpretation. For that extra peace of mind, our courses are approved and regulated by CB Childcare Consultancy, an external child safety provider.

Where can I find SuperStars holiday courses?

All our courses take place at school sites located within South Wales. Unfortunately, our courses in the South West of England are currently on hold due to staffing shortages within the sector.

Courses are open to children located within the local area, who attend the school or one of its cluster schools. The benefit of this is that your child will be familiar with their surroundings, as well as being able to join their best friends in the activities. This will also help your mornings run smoothly too, as you can keep to your normal routine. And it keeps the cost of our courses down, as we’re not paying high commercial rents, meaning we can pass these savings straight on to you whilst injecting much needed revenue back into the school.

Who runs the SuperStars holiday courses?

All our qualified coaches are committed to helping children develop bright futures. They all work with our team during term time as subject specialists or they are teaching in schools full-time.

All coaches are closely vetted and approved by our management team for current and enhanced DBS documentation. Our management team are in daily contact with all coaches and visit every course to check and approve compliancy.

Where possible, SuperStars holiday courses will be led by coaches your child may already know, because they’ve worked in the school. If we need to make staff changes, we will always do a detailed handover.
