“Credit where it’s due guys you all do a great job! You make half terms a lot more enjoyable for both the kids and parents. I love knowing my daughter is having the best time and being active all day especially when the weather is so miserable outside. Thanks again Superstars!”
We believe every child deserves a bright future. So everything we do is designed to help them develop new skills, discover new talents and grow in confidence.
We usually do this in schools, during term time. However, because we have such strong relationships with our schools, we’re able to give your children these opportunities in the holidays too.
And at the same time make juggling work and family easier for you.
95.6% of 1,312 parents we asked said they’d recommend our courses to a friend
We run holiday courses for children aged 4 – 12. All our courses take place on school sites and are only open to the children who attend that school or one of its cluster schools. This means our courses are smaller than most, usually for around 20 – 30 children.
Because our groups are so small, you can be sure we’ll get to know your child and will have time to give them individual attention. And, because we run our courses at your child’s school, you’ll know they’re somewhere familiar, often with their friends.
This helps your mornings run smoothly too, as you can keep to your normal routine. And it keeps the cost of our courses down, as we’re not paying high commercial rents. Savings we pass straight on to you.
Our courses are designed to help children get active, have fun and learn new skills, in a place where they feel safe and secure.
We offer more than 40 sports and games, suitable for children of all ages and abilities. We’ll encourage your child to try something new and be the best they can be. Because we want them to leave us with new confidence, feeling proud of what they’ve achieved.
We have themed days and on Friday’s we invite parents to a presentation where we give every child a medal and certificate. Your child’s certificate will have a personal comment from the head coach, recognising a special contribution they made to the week or something special they achieved.
All our holiday course coaches are qualified, enthusiastic and committed to helping children develop bright futures. They all work with us in term time as subject specialists or have done in the past and are now teaching in schools full-time.
They’re closely supervised by our management team who are in daily contact with them and visit each course at least once to carry out a compliance check.
74% of our courses are run by the same coach each time
We’ve been running holiday courses since 2005, so have a wealth of experience. We’re not a pop-up course or part of a franchise. Our courses are a key part of our wider SuperStars family, with all the support and expertise that brings.
Some providers run holiday courses purely as a money-making exercise or to give students work experience. You can be sure we don’t. We run our courses because they help us continue our work with children. We see the help they give you during school holidays as a welcome bonus.
We’re also part of the family of your school. Where possible your holiday course will be led by a member of staff your children already know because they’ve worked with them in school. And when we do need to make staff changes, we always do a phased handover.
Our absolute focus is on the safety of your child. We have robust and crystal-clear health and safety policies that have no room for interpretation.
And at least three times every year, all our courses are approved and regulated by CB Childcare Consultancy, an external child safety provider.
All our staff have current, enhanced DBS checks.
And our holiday course managers visit each course we run at least once to carry out a compliance check.
As long as the school is available (they sometimes have to close for essential maintenance or building work), we run holiday courses every half term, for two weeks at Easter and for two weeks in the summer.
The quickest and easiest way to book your child onto one of our courses is to book online here:
When you make an early-bird booking we’ll send you a free gift for your child. In the past we’ve given away water bottles, sweat bands, lunch boxes and kit bags.
Don’t worry if you can’t book early though. You can buy the gift for each course so your child doesn’t miss out. Call Jess, our holiday course administrator on 02920 090 503. She’ll be happy to help you.
“My son has been coming to your holiday course for a couple of years now. I credit the team for bringing him out of his shell and giving him much needed confidence. Chenise who runs the holiday course my son goes to is amazing... such a fun and caring person! We recommend you to everyone. The activities are fantastic I don’t know how you manage to squeeze them all in. Keep up the good work team!”
