2. Initial Screening:

1. • If your CV aligns with our requirements, we'll invite you for an interview to learn more about your skills and experiences.

2. Practical Assessment:

   • Showcase your enthusiasm and teaching abilities at one of our partner schools. Lead a lesson to demonstrate your lesson planning, engagement strategies, and ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics.

3. Job Offer:

   • Successful practical assessment? Congratulations! We'll extend a job offer and match you with a placement in one of our partner schools.

4. Induction Training:

   • Before you begin, complete our comprehensive induction training, covering key aspects like behavior management, safeguarding, and shadowing a senior subject specialist.

5. Verification Checks:

   • We'll verify your qualifications, check references, conduct an enhanced DBS check, and ensure your eligibility to work in the UK.

6. Starter Program:

   • Embark on a six-week starter program with support from our head of training. Receive on-site training and continuous observation to refine your teaching practice.
