04/03/11

SuperStars, a business which specialises in providing head teachers with a solution for covering PPA time through structured PE, music and drama lessons has secured work with over 21 primary schools across the south West of England and Wales.

The firm has won a number of contracts with schools in Hereford including Burghill Primary School, Clifford Primary School primary and St Woolos Primary.

On winning the additional contracts, managing director of SuperStars James Taylor said: “Since launching to the Hereford market over in late 2010 we have continued to build our reputation for offering a high quality and affordable specialist service to primary schools.

“As we continue to work with more and more schools across the south West of England, these contract wins demonstrate that schools are reaping the benefits that SuperStars can offer. Many schools are beginning to see the payback of working with dedicated sports specialists who can teach children the health benefits and enjoyment that sport can bring.”

Set up in 2004 by budding entrepreneur James Taylor, SuperStars was launched to tackle child obesity in Wales. Over the last seven years the company has expanded its offering and the firm recently launched a new office in Hereford as it continues to roll out its specialist services across the UK.

Continued James: “I am extremely proud of all that we have achieved since launching our latest office in Hereford, not only have we continued to roll our service out across the rest of the UK but we have also managed to exceed our targets and have kicked off the first quarter of the academic year with record contract wins.”

Established in 2005 as SportStars by budding entrepreneur James Taylor, 28, the company has recently rebranded as SuperStars to incorporate the company’s diverse offering including sports coaching, art and music lessons, afterschool clubs and holiday courses.
