Recognition from the Holiday Course Manager
Happy Friday everyone!
I thought it would be awesome to finish the week by announcing the winners of our Reward & Recognition competitions from the Easter Holiday Courses. We run 53 courses across Wales & South West England, with 83 coaches providing a fantastic service for nearly 900 children. Furthermore, we sent a parent feedback survey to all parents where we usually target a 10% response rate, we in fact had 167 responses ...which highlights how keen parents are to share with us how much they love you guys. As seen below 92.2% of parents have scored you guys 9 /10 out of 10 which is incredible and again beats market leaders Apple (NPS 89%).
Comment of the week:
‘Can you open at 6:00am and close at 6:00pm as my children didn’t wont to actually come home’ (Parent from Walford Primary)
Winners For Reward & Recognition...
Head coach of Easter – Laura Evans
Laura head coached for the first time for both weeks over Easter after impressing as an assistant coach during the February courses. She attended our head coach training and was super eager to learn and offer the best service to the parents and children. We had children booked on for single days demanding their parents to call the office each day to go back to the course for the following days! Awesome work Laura and I bet the children can’t wait to see you back at Llangyfelach for May Half Term
Assistant Coach of Easter – Hayley Rooke
Hayley has only worked 2 holiday courses and the feedback from her peers and SDM’s is amazing. She’s always bubbly and eager to build rapport with the child on her courses. Jason fed back that when he visited Walford during week 1 Hayley was brilliant! Looking forward to you being a head coach in the near future Hayley.
SuperStar of the Week – Andrew Rowley
Andrew absolutely bossed both courses he worked on over the Easter period. He worked at 2 of our bigger courses and was eager to impress. He was meticulous with his organization and some of the feedback he has received has been amazing. Thank you Andrew!
