We’d love you to join us

We are here to help every child develop a bright future. But we also help those who want to work with children develop their own bright futures.

If you would like to further your career in education, would like some experience working in a school, or just love working with children, we can help.

We work in primary schools, in the main providing cover while teachers are on their teacher release time doing planning preperation and assessment (PPA)

Through PE, Music, Drama and Art we give children the opportunity to try something new, discover a new talent and develop lasting life skills. We work within the context of the wider curriculum and as part of each school’s wider staff team.

Since we started in 2005 we’ve grown consistently and are keen to continue to work with more schools and more children. So we always welcome applications from people who’d like to join us. We have opportunities for full and part-time work in primary schools across south Wales and the south west of England.

"SuperStars offer a fantastic opportunity to kick start your teaching career and they are a great company to work for. I have had the opportunity to learn so many new skills, in a range of school settings. I began my journey as a drama teacher and I can now say that I am also a forest school leader and a PE teacher, due to the opportunities and skills I have developed during my time at SuperStars. Working for the company has allowed me to understand how much I want to work with children and how important creative subjects are. I have been able to work in various schools across the south west, delivering a range of subjects and I have enjoyed every single visit. The schools that SuperStars partner with are very welcoming and friendly. The management team at SuperStars are very encouraging and supportive, they offer help and guidance whenever it is needed and they are very sociable. You work closely with the management team in order to fulfil your placements and gain your qualification, this is an experience that is unheard of, as not many companies will offer a qualification and paid work at the same time. I really have made the most out of my time at SuperStars and I am really enjoying working for them. The only unfortunate downside is that it is not likely to be full time work, I would be extremely happy if I could work all day every day for this company! They help me to grow and develop and are interested in me as a person and my development as a teacher! I highly recommend joining the team if you are wanting to begin a career working with children."
