Lee joined SuperStars in 2005 as an eager graduate, initially serving as a part-time Holiday Course Sports Coach. From the outset, he was driven to pursue a career in child development, inspired by his passion for working with children. His positivity and passion made each day a truly memorable experience for the children he worked with.

Over the course of 18 years with SuperStars, Lee has consistently demonstrated remarkable growth and leadership within the organisation. His journey has encompassed various pivotal roles, including Head Coach, Senior Specialist, Staff Development Manager, Senior Account Manager & Head or Performance. Currently, Lee occupies a vital position of Managing Director within the Senior Leadership Team at SuperStars. In this role, he is responsible for surpassing expectations across all facets of the business and effectively manages the entire SuperStars team. Additionally, Lee leads the implementation of our esteemed Teaching & Learning, as well as Leadership & Management qualifications at SuperStars.

Lee takes immense satisfaction in his role at SuperStars, attributing it to the organisation's consistently positive culture. He is particularly enthusiastic about his role in nurturing and mentoring a team of aspiring educators. Lee values the dedication and inspiration that the team collectively embodies. Few can claim to have played a role in shaping the bright futures of over 80,000 children through the creative curriculum on a weekly basis.
